Don't delay, space will sell out fast so book now: Treasure Beach Village at Beaches Turks & Caicos Opens Spring 2026! Opening officially on March 1st, 2026, this brand new "Treasure Beach Village" will bring a wide expansion to the already amazing Beaches Turks and Caicos resort in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos.
What Can We Expect From This New Village?
Here is what we know so far:
11 New Villa and Category Suites:
These won't be your typical resort rooms. These will be suites and villas, all Concierge and Butler level options with multiple bedrooms to maximize space for families of all sizes.
The starting room is the "Treasure Beach Concierge Suite" which boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the main bedroom featuring a king bed and two twin beds set up as bunkbeds the second bedroom.
The highest room category in this new village will be the "Treasure Beach Crystal Sky Reserve Villa" and will be a 2612 sq. ft. beachfront villa with four bedrooms and three bathrooms and come with the coveted Butler level experience. This will be the highest suite available Beaches Turks and Caicos once it officially this village opens.
7 New Dining Options:
This is seven new options that will join the twenty-two already offered, bringing you a total of twenty-nine restaurants on resort to indulge at. Here are just a few of the seven:
Brü Coffee which will be the best place to stop in through the day and night and get coffee, pastries, and possibly even ice cream.
Butch's Island Steakhouse which is a brand favorite at Sandals Resorts for excellent cuts of steak in an upscale setting.
Pinta Food Hall which will have mixtures of various cuisines such as Italian, Mexican, Asian, Salads, and Grill Stations.
Calypso’s Snow Cone Station which will offer a variety of tasty icee treats for all ages.
With these additions, plus the other three restaurants not listed, added to the nineteen restaurants and three food trucks in the other three Villages, you will never run out of dining options at Beaches Turks and Caicos!
Brand New Amenities:
The excitement of a new village also brings the excitement of what amenities will be added. Beaches Turks & Caicos is a playground for all ages. They already provide access to a lazy river, water slides, surf simulator, night club (teen in early evening and adult late at night), as well as a plethora of water sports and land sport options -- all included in the package, so no extra charge to any guests. But what is to come with the opening of the new village? Beaches Resorts officially announced today that we can expect to see the following:
Starfish Cinema Lounge
Three new water slides in a brand new new kids zone
A zero entry lagoon pool with an infinity edge and swim-up bar
Private cabanas
Where Will This Village Be Located?
If you're looking at the ocean from the middle of the resort, Treasure Beach Village will be to the far left. If you're familiar with the resort, this was formerly Arizona Beach where the beach parties took place.
Whatever else is to come will be announced later, but for now, this is incredibly exciting and I know my family of five will be first in line to see this brand new village open up next year. Expect I'll be reporting back about it, as usual, so keep an eye on my blog!
