Dreams Tulum in Mexico (June 2019)

Poonam started working with us in February for our trip in June. She handled every detail from the flight down to booking excursions. She was fantastic!! Sandals Grenada (2018)

My husband and I were trying to decide where to go for our honeymoon and with all of the other wedding planning we had going on, we decided to seek a travel agent to help us for this journey. Poonam was on the ball and immediately sent us information about sandals and some of her favorite islands. After many questions on our end, Poonam booked us with a honeymoon butler suite! 
She assured us that on our trip, the butler would make our time there so relaxing and that we wouldn’t have a care in the world, and she was absolutely right! 
As our vacation was approaching, our flight to Grenada ended up being canceled last minute due to a large snow storm. My husband and I were anxious about how we would resolve the issue, and luckily we had Poonam on our side to fix it! She quickly found us new flights and got us to our vacation at the same time we would have arrived previously! 
She also sent us a ton of very useful information regarding the different excursions that the resort offered. We ended up booking three of the excursions and just had the best time.

Mexico (March 2018)

When a winter storm threatened to cancel my flight to Cancun, I was anxious and upset and called Poonam. She immediately got on the phone with the airline for me and helped me figure out my options. She was calm, efficient and reassuring the entire time. She was a great travel agent and I will definitely use her services in the future!!

Couldn't have asked for a better trip to Thailand! All the excursions Poonam booked for us were amazing and if we ever had any issues with anything she was there in minutes to make sure everything was seamless. Disney World - Magic Kingdom and Epcot (Feb 2017)

Our journey to take the family to Disney, began months before ever arriving. Poonam gave us excellent service, with above and beyond benefits. Not only did she make booking our tickets an absolute breeze, but she made sure all the details were completely taken care of. We were provided with great dining options, with character and were able to get ideal timing. 

At Magic Kingdom, the day began with the first appointments of the day at the Harmony Barbershop, with my daughter (just turned 3) getting her first haircut and also my son (4) with his first haircut from someone other then "Mom". This was the highlight of the day. Poonam made an amazing recommendation and reservations for us at the Crystal Palace with Winnie the Pooh characters. Then the next day at Epcot she made reservations for Marrakesh. The determination, patience and insight Poonam offered our family created the perfect memories, ease, and care-free trip. 

As a very well traveled family, this was one of the most peaceful of our trips. For the future I will definitely contact Poonam again. Her passion for creating a seamless and memorable trip really goes above and beyond any expectation. I highly recommend her travel planning services.
