Sandals Royal Caribbean, Thailand & Singapore, & Secrets Playa Del Carmen

We’ve worked with Robert for our last 3 vacations, Sandals Royal Caribbean, a tour of Thailand and Singapore and Secrets in Playa Del Carmen! We live in Ohio so we do everything via email and he always responds right away and is so helpful! He finds us what we want and works within our budget and is a friendly guy! He is also extremely knowledgeable about the resorts and the business aspect of the resort which is nice. He’s really gone above and beyond to meet specific requests for us too!

For our honeymoon, Rob helped us book the most amazing trip we could have asked for. My husband and I knew we wanted to go to Aruba due to we were travelling during hurricane season and Aruba is out of the hurricane belt. Rob gave us options on price as well as different destinations to compare. He was always quick to respond to my emails, which was much appreciated. After deciding on booking at the Tamarijn Resort, Rob was able to provide his personal experience as he has stayed there previously. It was nice to talk to someone about their experience on top of reading reviews. Rob made sure we were set up with travelers insurance as well as transportation to and from the airport. I highly recommend the Tamaraijn; we had such a great time! The food and drinks were amazing. Every room faces the ocean. You are also able to use all of the amenities at the sister resort, Divi, which was just next door. Both resorts are gorgeous and clean. The best part is that the locals and all of the staff were nothing but nice to us and very helpful. All in all it we had a great experience with My Paradise Planner, Rob, Tamarijn, and Aruba. We will for sure be using My Paradise Planner to book all of our future vacations 

"Where to start? This amazing vacation started with a cool towel and a glass of champagne to refresh ourselves after the flight. Our room was ready right after we checked in. The bed was comfortable, the minibar was stocked with cool drinks, toiletries were generously sized. We quickly changed into beachwear and headed for the shore which was as beautiful as we imagined. Clean sand, clear water, we got our drinks, found a couple of empty chairs and finally exhaled. The food was excellent at all of the restaurants. We spent some of our days at one of the pools, lounging on the many available floats and swimming up to the swim up bar for a refreshing drink. Our favorite meal was our dinner at Gortons on the Pier. Our waiter, Carlton made us feel at home. The personal service we received at Sandals was unparalleled, everyone was attentive and genuinely interested about making our stay the best possible experience. And, it was. We will be returning later this year and hope to return every year. Thank you! "
